Very unfortunately your 30 minutes code was picked up and misused by some fraudulent people. They created a script that called Moldova and Azerbadjan, and before our fraud detection specialist detected the attack, they had called more than 40.000 minutes using your code.
Our fraud detection team closed down the code last Thursday and I’m really sorry that you haven’t been informed. That is of course my fault, the reason is that I was out of office last week.
They used other 30 minutes codes than yours, so we have decided to not work with these kind of offers any more, since it opens up for misuse and fraud.
We will of course compensate your customers in the best possible way. If they email our customer support at support@rebtel.com, I will make sure they get their 30 minutes.
