Voip Service Provider India LD
India LD is a well established Voip service provider offering cheap international calls. They have paired up with some good partners both in India and abroad. IndiaLD has been famous for a long time for its cheaper rates but what really put them into limelight was the shutdown of Airtel’s India calling service. People were furious as they trusted Airtel to be one of the cheapest calling service providers. IndiaLD took advantage of this time and promoted itself as the only worthy alternative as a calling service provider. Moreover, they have started a plan that resembles Marlon Brando’s famous quote. IndiaLD is almost out there saying that although Airtel call home is gone you are not to be worried.

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly
The Good about India LD is that their prices are so cheap. Additionally, you can use India LD from so many other locations including Bahrain, France – Paris, Hong Kong, India – Bangalore, Ireland, Japan – Tokyo, Netherlands – Amsterdam, New Zealand – Auckland, Norway – Oslo, Singapore, Spain – Madrid etc. by dialing the local access numbers.
The bad part is that their unlimited plans are limited to 5000 minutes a month. If you need more than that you are out of luck. If you compare this with unlimited plans from other voip service providers such as Vonage, netTalk, allVoi and others you will see that most of them have a limit on their unlimited plans too. The limit is usually 3000 minutes a month which makes the unlimited India calling plan from India LD better than others in the field.
The ugly part is that your balance will expire in a month. In a recent post we found out that most of our users use more than 1000 minutes a month which means you are good but still we hate restrictions.
What is the prognosis?

I have been using this service since a long time. I have all good things to say about it.
Really its very gud plan.
I use to use IndiaLD but now days it takes about 10 tries to get thru I guess when 25 cents per call you get waht you paid. I will see if any improvment or will have to go after all time is money. One more thing my USA number is not visible in India I dont know why ? It shows some number in India like I am calling from India not from USA
Dear Anony,
Thank you for stopping by to drop the comment. We appreciate your feedback and acknowledge that there is an issue with their lines. We had a conversation with Chris, the owner of IndiaLd, a few days ago and he told us that due to sudden shut-down of Airtel, IndiaLd had a steep increase in the number of people joining and hasn't been able to scale their services as much as they needed to. Hopefully, this will be sorted out soon.
